We Capture real time welding data’s from the welding machines thru in house IOT enabled platform, which are further analysed & tabulated for analysis of Welding Productivities like Kgs of wire deposited, No of Job’s welded by a welder for give time, including their welding parameters, leveraging welding Engineers to carry out analysis of Quality / productivity improvements.

The data’s captured may also be used for MIS computation like monitor costing of weld joint & features can also be extended for Welding Robotic system to generate documents on real time productivity even through remote monitoring and controls.
